So, I walked in without the appointment and a nice friendly gentleman named John Rodriguez helped me and the car was done within 30 mins when I was expecting 2 hours for all 4 tires. I was surprised with their speedy and friendly service and I'm definitely coming back here again."

"Less than a year ago I went in to get an oil change paid for the service then My car was having trouble taking off when I would step on the gas.Thinking it was the transmission I took it in to get my transmission checked ,and because my brake lights would stay on wouldn’t turn off. got my lights fix paid 200 transmission was fine except my engine didn’t have any oil at all. Then I realized that they forgot to put oil in my car. Didn’t call to complain about it because tube and lube put oil in my engine with no charge. I think they wouldn’t believe me anyways ..never went back .."

"I can’t say enough good things about John Rodriquez at the La Habra Firestone. That man stayed open for an hour past closing time on a Sunday to fix my flat tire. I mean, who does that?? And not only did he fix my tire but he also checked and found 3 of my tires very low on air so he filled them up. Now my car drives like new again. Thank you “Amazing John”!"

"I'm disappointed with my recent experience. Despite having an 8 o'clock appointment and arriving at 7:40 as the first few customer, my oil change took an unexpected hour and 40 for the cost 100 dollar. Price tag was not the problem but for simple oil change took so long I didn’t leave till 930"
