"Sorry to say my experience here was not a positive one. Was referred here from another shop where I had some work done. I just needed an alignment. They told me to leave the car and come back in an hour. I asked if they want my information? They said that wouldn't be necessary. (If any problems arose I'd have really appreciated a call saying it's going to take longer, instead of showing up and having to wait. Thankfully that didn't happen.) I came back an hour later to pick up my car. Had to wait a while for someone to come to the front to ring me up, no big deal, that's common in mechanic shops. However when it did come time to ring me up, the person helping me was on their phone playing a game the whole time! No eye contact, totally distracted. I received a generic payment receipt but no explanation of how the alignment went, no printout of the camber angles, nothing. All of that said, I might not write a bad review if the alignment was good. HOWEVER, before the alignment my car was tracking straight and there was no vibration. After the alignment my car is tracking right and vibrating over 70mph. Completely unacceptable service overall. Would not do business with again and will tell anyone that asks to stay away. Now I have to spend extra money to take my car somewhere else where they can do it properly."

I was a little nervous shopping around because I just wanted my truck to get done right. I'm happy with the way I was treated and especially happy with the way my truck looks!
