"I went in to this establishment inquiring about some tires. The owner's son told me that I needed new tires. He told me that my tires were splitting internally in the back and that there was wear on the front. I had explained to him that I had work done on my front end and I needed him to make sure that I didn't need any more before I purchased the tires and an alignment. He assured me that everything was fine and charged me for new all-terrain tires and an alignment. Directly right after leaving my vehicle was pulling to the right. I told him about the problem and he stated that I needed to drive to make sure that there was no radial pull. So I kept coming back several times and he would always come up with a new excuse of why I was having the problems. The very last time that I came in he told me "well it's your wheel bearings". I told him that this is something that he should have told me in the beginning. I shouldn't even have the alignment done until the work was done on my front end. Which he knew as well. So I told him I wanted a refund. He hesitantly gave me a refund after I had to argue with him for several minutes. Then I asked him for my old tires back. He said that he recycled my new tires and they were not available. They were falcon all terrain tires and essentially what happened is he lied about the condition of them, and sold them to other people. Then he gave me tires that belong on an SUV and not a truck. I made a complaint with a bar association, and he refused to make things right. Also when he replaced my tires he lost my hubcap because he did not put it on right. I was recording the whole incident to protect myself, and the men did not like that, so they lightly put on my hubcap knowing that it would fly off once I left. These people are thieves. When I went in there I was in tears because of the problems I was having with my vehicle. He assured me that he was giving me the best price and that he was going to help me out. Needless to say, after doing a little bit of research he overcharged me for everything. His interest lies in taking your money, not helping you out. During the times that I was there he's had customers bring stuff back and complain which should have been a red flag to me. I implore you to take your business where you will be treated right."
