"Talk about " Above and beyond" this goes way above and below. Our entry steps stopped working and needed to be replaced. All done in one quick afternoon but Kwikee now uses a different switch that I didn't get when I bought the steps any way Central Coast RV Medic ordered the switch and sent it to me and everything is just like new. "Central Coast RV Medic is a life saver. Our 2021 Grand Design solitude 5th wheel had a hose come off from water heater and everything flooded underneath. I called Daniel and even though this was at night he arrived promptly. Not only was he able to fix the issue but he replaced all the under belly material and insulation. What really impressed me was how thorough he is. He was able to pinpoint other issues that the rig had and fix them before they caused problems. He also came back to do follow-up work to make sure I didn’t get any water damage. I am definitely keeping his number for any future issues.
