"Had a franchise mechanic check out my car. Work quoted $2600. Brought to Chico. He said two of the things quoted wasn't needed but I also needed an oil change. He showed me footage of my oil and it was black as tar. This was a week after the other place checked it out and they didn't mention oil at all. All in all, I paid less than half of the other place's quote for every part and labor."

"Great service I needed to tow my car down to this shop but with my type of car it won't go into neutral if the battery is dead so I couldn't tow it. Plus to make thing even worse it was raining all day. So when I told the owner of the shop Chico that i couldn't get my car down to him he offered to come to me after work to fix my car. What an Angel. I was so greatful for that because I really needed to be somewhere the following day, so thanks again Chico you were a lifesaver. God Bless"
