"Needed some info with an install and right off the bat mike tried to upsell me and said it was a requirement to do an unnecessary install. Not true and is my decision not yours. It was an extra... Thats an additional 30 hours of labor not to mention said work could not be performed until end of Nov. Try to assist first the customer rather then only look to drain your wallet. We have HI inflation remember. Only had 2 mechanics on deck in a huge install bay. Not recommended."

"BTM Motorwerks is my go-to mechanic for my BMW. The work done here is great quality and is done pretty fast. The front end staff is kind, friendly and knowledgeable, which from my experience at other shops is somewhat of a rarity. They do get busy, so sometimes they may not be able to take your vehicle same day but I understand this to mean that they are popular and for good reason. If you need to schedule maintenance on your German vehicle I'd suggest calling before it's due. If you have a German vehicle and want high quality work, come to BTM you won't regret it. Despite having to bring my vehicle to a mechanic, coming here is a pleasure."

I had a warranty item come up recently and they were awesome, telling me to definitely take it to the dealer for that repair because I'd get a loaner car plus it would all be covered! I recommend!"

"If you own a German car this is the place to go they treat you very wellw. they don't oversell you and you can trust them. I had a fuel pump go out in my 2014 BMW. Instead of fixing it and charging me. they let me know there was an additional 10 year extension on that item from BMW. So it was fixed for free by BMW. That is something that is called integrity which is a hard thing to find these days from a repair shop. I recommend them to anyone"
