"I acquired my vehicle in June 2023 from Hyundai San Bruno. Unfortunately, upon delivery, I discovered several dents on the tailgate and promptly notified the dealership. Despite my efforts to communicate the issue, they initially displayed reluctance to rectify the problem. After a protracted period of over two months, the dealership finally agreed to cover the repair costs. Approximately six months later, I attempted to schedule a routine checkup and address an additional issue with a rattling tailgate. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service department, my calls remained unanswered, and no return calls were received. Consequently, I decided to seek services from Hyundai dealership in Fremont. In contrast to my previous experience, the Fremont dealership provided an exceptional customer service. I was able to effortlessly schedule an appointment online and received a confirmation email. Upon arrival, my vehicle underwent the scheduled checkup, and the rattling issue was successfully resolved. Remarkably, the dealership even provided a complimentary car wash prior to returning the vehicle. The personnel at the Fremont dealership demonstrated utmost professionalism and helpfulness, making the entire experience highly satisfactory. Although the dealership is located further from my residence compared to the San Bruno dealership, I intend to continue utilizing their services in the future. I am thoroughly pleased with my Hyundai Ioniq 5 and the exceptional service provided by the Fremont Hyundai dealership. This positive experience has restored my confidence in the Hyundai brand, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Fremont Hyundai to my associates and acquaintances seeking a Hyundai vehicle."

"Recently , I came here for yearly maintenance service. The staff was courteous and responsive. Their charges are also nominal. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends for car service. This place is very busy, it would be nice if they hire more mechanics and service advisors to take in more vehicles for service"

"My car was stolen and found. I thought Hyundai dealership is the best to repair Sonata. Due to theft, car key system broken, battery gone, left front passenger side window broken, back lights gone. But Hyundai dealer took 50 days. Still couldn’t get glass window. Second the intelligent service agent could not confirm lights are gone due to theft with insurance. I have to buy and fix the lights. All lights will not burn during normal usage. After repair done and car is fine “Hyundai told that”. I am hearing rattling sound when I start and running the car. My opinion is you don’t have expertise or lazy to fix all problems. People told a body shop can fix much faster with great expertise. I don’t recommend this dealer for accident vehicle repair. I want efficient, expert, accurate service dealer."

The handling agent has always been courteous and helpful. The service has been pretty good with no complaints at all. Clean space to wait and work. Waiting time for me has been around 1-1.5 hrs. Overall, a good experience and no complaints."
