"Oh God. My husband has been asking these guys for nearly a year to work on our car. Always some excuse. They always have a story as to how important they are. Then he asks them for a referral today and they say they don't know anyone who does what they do. Oh really? There must be tons of companies? But one's who jerk people around? Maybe that's why no referral? You're the only body shop in town who screws people over? I would say as to reliability and the ability to follow through, these guys are not it."
