"I am very disappointed with Jimmy Vasser Toyota, the friendliness, and helpfulness of the employees is like a mask. That mask is taken off as soon as a deal has been made. I purchased a vehicle and the check engine light came on 4 days later. They gave me the run around "we'll see what we can do. You did purchase the vehicle As-Is" I take the vehicle back to Jimmy Vasser Toyota where my vehicle is sublet to Alpina Car Center, a mechanic who specializes in my brand of vehicle, for an engine diagnostic. At this point, they have had my vehicle for a little over 2 days. For the Service Manager, Mike, to tell me that my vehicle just needs a fuel injector replacement, and it should be covered under warranty. Sounds good, I take the vehicle to Niello Volvo, for them to say the issue has nothing to do with a fuel injector, and that the supercharger needed to be reassembled, a $3500 repair for a vehicle I had for 7 days. It is also pretty convenient for their partnered European car mechanic, to just happen to misdiagnose a Fuel Injector issue with a Supercharger Reassembly issue. So, Of course I call Jimmy Vasser Toyota, looking for a remedy for this situation. Took me over an hour to finally get a hold of a manager, after basically saying if I can't speak to a manger I am just going to drop this vehicle off. At the end of the day I am just very disappointed with this dealership, and the lack of assistance offered after selling me a bad car. I definitely will not be recommending anyone do business here, it is like doing business with any of those used car dealer lots, the employees here just happen to dress better."

"I worked with Will Cress, who was very friendly and upfront about all the details involved in getting my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. He stayed in constant communication with me while my car was on its way to the dealership. When I went in to purchase it, he was helpful in showing me how to operate all the functions of my new Toyota. He also made the time go by with good conversation while waiting for my paperwork. I never felt pressured to sign up for anything I didn't want. Overall a great experience."

"This was an excellent experience. Tyler was very helpful. The first day we came in he took an hour or more. Discussing our needs showing us everything from high end to more basic options. He kept in touch by email (my preference) and when we were ready to purchase, he was able to answer my dozens of questions and get us the car we wanted more than a week earlier than promised! This is our second car purchased at Jimmy Vasser, and we will be sharing our positive experience with all! Thanks to Tyler Gual and Mariano and the salesmen who kept us entertained while we waited to sign!"

"What a great experience from start to finish. Came in with low confidence on purchasing a truck but my guy Raymond welcomed us kindly and with no pressure to buy. He gave us all the info we requested with transparency. And we ended up closing the deal on a truck feeling very confident. Also he’s reached out weeks after the purchase to make sure we’re good. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle."
