"I've always had good experiences with this restaurant. I usually take food to go, and it's always been very quick. The employees are very helpful and kind. Since I grew up with homemade Mexican food, I have high standards for food, but this is so much better than "authentic" Mexican restaurants."
"I ordered a Carne Asada taco and a Carnitas taco. The Carnitas taco was luke warm and so salty I couldn’t eat it. The Carne Asada meat was so cold that I could taste ice crystals in the meat (almost frozen). Corn Tortillas were stale. I am a native San Diegan and grew up eating at this location. Last several times have been very poor experiences. Not where I’m going for burritos anymore! Sombreros has really gone downhill. Hope I don’t get sick from meat not heated properly."
