"These are the absolute worst buffalo fries in the South Bay. Order two fries both extra crispy...they must have microwaved these week old fries. The chicken had no flavor at all. Never going there again."
"terrible customer service- did a pick up order and included was breadsticks. picked up during my lunch , took it back and had no breadsticks in my order. When i called they said oh sorry are machine is down. Well how come no one told me this when i ordered or picked up. I asked for a refund and they said they cant do over the phone and that i have to come back in . wasting my time and money !!!"
"Came 1 hour before closing. Guy just kept repeating “CLOSED” I asked him for the schedule hours and he said “NO WERE CLOSE” I asked again and repeated the same. Terrible service. Happened twice already."

"Drove miles here to do an Uber Eats pickup but was told it wasn't ready yet and they were still making it. Waited in front of the shop, 10 minutes later I asked them where tf is the order. Was told someone "already picked it up". Had to cancel the poor customer's order. While walking away, place suddenly said they got the order and it was sitting under the counter the whole time. Already too late. So the order was "picked up" but was also sitting under the counter? What is it? Come on.. wasting my time, wasting customer's time, and wasting good food.."
