"I order in the drive-thru they took my order and everything was fine until they told me to go to the front an wait because they were waiting for my quesadilla an I did after 5 to 8 minutes this lady brings me the quesadilla but forgot the rest of the order she didn't say sorry for the inconvenience they didn't Even offer me something complementary like a drink or desert that's the least they could do but no they didn't do anything I'm so disappointed because this is the location I like to go every time I want to eat pollo loco the food is very good but this time the service was horrible."
