"I walked in Thursday about lunchtime with my truck at another local shop because the first shop found more damage than they could deal with. The staff at Harris was great. While we went down to look at my truck they sourced out a couple of Options for me to choose from and arranged for the truck to be towed to their shop. Justin pulled in some extra help and Friday evening my truck was finished and i was on my way to deliver. Thanks again from Chris and Ollie."

"We were pulling our 36' 5th Wheel when our truck began to sputter and then engine light came on. We Google searched diesel repair shops near where we were in I-5 and decided on Harris Truck INC. These people are 100% real and compassionate . We ended up finding an RV park for the night took the truck back to Harris. They read the fault codes , which indicated a fuel injector malfunction. However they were not able to confirm the fault and asked to keep the truck overnight and continue to t/s the next day. They gave us a ride to the rv park and picked us up the next morning. Despite spending at least 3 hours troubleshooting they could not confirm that the injectors was at fault. They did not want to just change the injector ($1,500 + job) without knowing for sure that was the problem. So they gave us back the truck and sent us on our way. Despite spending all that time t/s, they refused to charge us a single penny. Putting customer service / satisfaction ahead of personal gain is rare attribute in today's business world. I don't wish a breakdown on anyone, but if it happens, Harris Truck will treat you right. Thank you and many blessings to the Harris Truck team."

"Driving through from San Diego back to WA to take my wife's urn back home with my Dodge Ram 3500. Even that my van is still have full 3/4 tank of gas, I have a desire to fill it up before to get on to the passes. I stopped at Pilot to fill it up, then proceed to park in front of the store to get into the store to get a cup of coffee. When I get out I see that the fluid running out from under the car. Very distress when seeing this, I call around and none is taking me in until I talk to Ms. Dominguez, Paloma. I tell her my situation, and with an calm voice she said to me just take the car over and she will do what ever needed to get my wife and me back on the road to get home. I believe in spirit, someone is looking over me, God or my wife ... because if I drive another 5 miles the car will be out of water, and the head gasket would be gone. The place I stopped for gas is only 1.1 miles away from her place. I put in 2 gallons of anti freeze and drive to her place. The technician is Mr. Miller, Riley looked at and confirmed that is the water pump failure. Ms. Paloma and Mr. Riley get on with it and within couple hours the car is in good shape and I am able to get back on the road. The care and service from the whole Harris Truck team is incredible. I would love to have a chance to return the kindness, cares of Paloma, Justin, Riley gave me. They are very honest, cares, and kindness. I'd say if anyone who have the same situation as mine and by accident around that area, to just call Harris Trucking and talk to Paloma, she calms me down in the worst time ever. Paloma, Riley, Justin ... May God Be With You. Thank you. Khoi."
