"Said i have to go to the dealer for 'special tools' to get an alignment. Its literally 4 wheels like anything else on the road. alignment is based on specs and degree of angle, not tools lol i could literally use string to do alignment as long as i had the angle and spec right. you'd expect a professional business that does alignment to have the supposed 'tools' necessary to do a common job. Thats what offering a service is. Theres No such thing as a special tool anyway same old excuse to pass on doing a job they dont want to do. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for someone to give up on an appointment you made. Theres simply public out there that they don't want to offer service to. the excuses are a joke if you actually work in automotive"

"Always an over rated tire place indeed hand down... Surprise it can still stay in business for this long. I just buy tires online ahead of time get it ship directly to your front porch and go install it at your local tire shop 5x cheaper. They once try to sell me a set of all smash up used aftermarket wheels for $2,000 then eBay came and save me."

"I drive a 1992 F350 Ford four-wheel drive 1 ton truck. I bought some 35-in mud tires off eBay about 6 months prior to this visit. Because it was a lot cheaper to have them mounted and balanced by someone else that's what I did. However, the place I took my tires to be mounted made a few mistakes and also didn't have the ability to perform an the alignment. My experience at Les Schwab was great. Anyone who has been here before knows that their customer service is pretty darn spot on. But they also have a great alignment technician. I have some aftermarket linkage that the technician had to contend with, but was not a problem for him. I can't speak to any of their other services, but do plan to go back and have them fix what the last place screwed up. I feel the the price of the alignment was more than reasonable."

"Got 2 flats on our trailer 4 hrs away from home and was down to no spare & 25 minutes away from Les Schwab in Orland Ca as they were closing called in they had our tires, waited for us and made it happen. Huge shout out to Les Schwan in Orland Ca Thank you"
