Bowl Eater

"We had the bowls and the ramen. The bowls were delicious, I thought the ramen was pretty good. I don’t have it often so i don’t have much to compare, my girl said it was just okay. She’s a ramen fan, so if you’re big on ramen I guess it was just okay. Bowls were delicious. She had salmon and crab salad, and I had spicy tuna, crab salad and salmon. We put on all the toppings. Amazing. The guy who was working wasn’t very friendly. It was about 9:30 and close to closing so I can understand if he was ready to go home. But, he said the ramen takes a bit to make and he has other online orders so he’s going to do those first. So we had to wait while he did other orders first, so one less star for that. We were there in person, I think we should’ve been prioritized. Food wise it would be 5 stars."

"This place kind of presents itself like it's a Korean restaurant. When I went inside the owner told me it's more like a "Korean Subway" or a cross between Korean food and poke. That being said, I lived in Korea for over 3 years and have a pretty good idea of what Korean food tastes like. While the food here is borderline tasty, it's definitely not the fresh tasting Korean cuisine I'm used to. As a matter of fact, I believe I heard the distinct sound of a microwave heating up my bulgogi. I have never in my life heard of heating Korean food with a microwave... but, it is a "Korean Subway," so I guess there is a first time for everything. I ordered a bowl with four meats on it and paid almost $20. I was shocked at what I received; which was very little. Although it tasted okay, I felt like I should have gotten more from my money. Ultimately, the food here was okay and the price was a little high. It's a good place to go to try once and see if you like it. If you do, that's cool. I think I'm going to stick with an actual Korean restaurant next time."

"We got vegetarian bowls, and they were tasty. The lady at the counter was friendly. We asked her what her favorite sauce is, and upon her opinion we asked to have the same. And she prepared 3 tasty bowls! It is normally a small fast casual place, but now no indoor dining. If you have a car you can drive to fantastic beach views and enjoy your meal there."

"Great spot! The girl working behind the counter was very helpful and informative. The food was fresh and delicious and she even let me sample things along the way so I was sure to have a great meal. I am definitely telling people about this place and will be back soon to try the korean BBQ bowl!"
