Burger King Restaurant

"Recently ordered a meal with drink. Got the meal and noticed an additional, 40 cent charge on the bill. Asked what it was for and was told it was for the drink syrup. Drink was part of the meal and charge was programmed into the register by the owner. After Years as a loyal customer, I will never be back! A coke is not a coke without syrup. It`s not an extra. Just be warned."

"I can't believe the medium size meal is their small or regular size. I paid $14 bucks for this. I was hungry that's the only reason i ordered it. Don't think imma come back here anymore. The food was good. The order was correct. Burger had to much mayo. Everytime I took a bite I found myself dodgeging drops. I guess imma stick to the value meal. Google time was Misleading. The restaurant is closed before 10pm. I found that out after traveling for 20 minutes. Restaurant was completely shut down."

"Apparently they don’t know what a bbq whopper jr is I had to ask for it twice to get it done right. The first I had a whopper jr with lettuce and they just added bbq sauce when I told the cashier I told him that I wanted a bbq whopper jr with bacon since it comes with bacon.. the cashier said: it doesn’t come with bacon I said what do you mean it’s the fourth one on the menu of the whopper jrs and he said do you just want me to add bacon or do you want a new one. Of course i said I wanted a new And AGAIN they gave me a whopper jr with lecture bbq but this time they added bacon that’s NOT how it goes I will not be coming to this location again also their public restroom is gross it had pee All over I’m done with this location"

"This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to In My Life. The manager right now at this location at 5:30 on Sunday September 3rd is very unaccommodating. I've gone through their drive-thru and they did not do my order accurately and I live in Garden Grove so you can so you can understand my dismay when I got home in the order was not correct. So I had to come all the way back over here and the only thing that she offered that she can do is replace the order and she said next time I need to bring the bag back with the onion ring and french fries and that's the only thing they gave me they didn't give me my chicken sandwich. So I had asked for the original order because of course the onion rings and Fries are cold now as well as a Whopper and she said she couldn't do that but offered me a dessert or a drink which is sure to be more accommodating than that. The long and the short of it is I just got my money back and I'm like never going to come here again don't ever come to this location it's disgusting Heather so not accommodating to their customers and not understanding how far people drive sometimes"
