"BAD BAD BAD! took my truck for smog. Technician put an extra number on the DMV system showing my truck had "949368" miles instead of "94968" miles. When running Carfax report it show on history that the truck has "mileage inconsistency. This MISTAKE will cost me a big hassel and $$$ to try and see if the DMV will correct the error. Went to this business to see if they could help me, they refused to do it and said they will not sign anything nor write a statement saying the error was theirs. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!"

"RIP OFF ALERT! Only go if you like paying double for smog. He wanted $150 for a Star smog on a Chevy van, I said no, drove 3 minutes and got it done for $90. It is completely unjustified. Smog test is not rocket science. They plug into the OBD port and answer the machine prompts, it is easy and takes under 5 minutes. For my 1992 Buick car he wanted $200 because "oh it's pre-OBD and needs to go on the dyno". Drove 10 min to Main st in Chula Vista and got done for $75. He has the license to do heavy duty (over 10k lbs GVWR) brake&lamp inspections but RIP OFF ALERT AGAIN, he is doing heavies for $200 where other stations in Otay or Chula Vista do it for $100. CA BAR website has the list of shops."

"I ordered this item by mistake on a Sunday on eBay As soon as I realized my error I sent them a request to cancel the same day and also the next day. They had not shipped the item at that time. They either did not see my request to cancel or ignored it, I do not know. But they were quick to ship the item anyway. I guess that could be a positive thing. When I received notice of the item shipped, I started a return and returned the item the day after receiving it When they received it they issued a refund but charged me a restocking fee. There was nothing in the listing about a restocking fee. Only that 30 returns, Buyer pays shipping. That turned out to be untrue. Guess they never learned that lying is by omission as well as commission. Caveat emptor"
