"Tim at this Chevrolet dealer was super kind and helpful. We had spent most of our vacation day trying to get our Hyundai Kona EV charged. We visited 7 other charging stations. Some turned our to be only for Tesla, 2 were only for the University, 2 City of Ashland chargers were slow, 1 at a gas station and 1 at the Hilton didn't work. At last we stopped at this Chevrolet dealer and Tim let us use the fast charger. Wow, what a nice guy!"

"Newly installed fast charger didn't work. Very friendly nice man at the dealership offered their charging point and it didn't work either. It was scary to get that low on juice and realize our only choice was to drive to Talent and spend three hours getting enough energy to cross the pass."
