"The service is horrible. I ordered a large ice coffee and a small hot coffee. The girl hand over 2 hot coffees. I asked her nicely that I ordered a large ice coffee first then added a small hot coffee. Instead of adding ice to my coffee she showed attitudes to me. She walked away without talking to me then spoke Spanish to her-coworker with an angry voice letting me hanging there. The coworker helped me with another cup of ice. I asked her what happened to that girl, she came back and talked back to me that I ordered two hots and then now this and that then walked away. What kinda service was that? I came back and asked for the manager, they told me that there is no manager at this location. Please check the camera and the conversation between your employees and customers to improve the customer service at this location."
