"OMG, it looked crisp and breezy from the comfort of the car but it was HOT out. We took our lunch and made an awkward picnic spot by the river, which at least looked cool and inviting. If a picnic table was available, we did not see it. Would have been nice. Restrooms were decent, gender neutral, with plenty of TP."

"Great location but stinky outside! The parking lot can stink of toilet in the peak of the heat due to the vents. The nick name for this popular boating take out is simply “Stinky”. Other than the stink everything is relatively clean and nice, though not much shade. It doesn’t stink inside the toilets just where you want to stand to look at the river."

"Great place to take pictures and access the river. Pit toilets are available, but smell horrendous. Lots of parking."
