Chili sauce was like paste asked for no chilies in the sandwich got them anyway iasked for extra chili sauce: got it only on the front edge of bun this is a rip off place people know it and few come I think it’s losing money staff depressing is what corporate tommies stands for? "Last few times I've gone here, the employees are RUDE. No smiles....no friendliness.....we asked no Chili on the burger, and somehow it's on our wrapper?? Gross....this is how we unwrapped it...the other burgers were put together terribly too. All around just BAD presentation and horrible hospitality. Food tastes bomb, but their attitudes are horrible. Makes you feel bad just asking for ketchup or chillis...."

"Although I live in Australia, I love Tommy's chili, even if I don't have the opportunity to have it very often. During the 3 days I visited, I had Tommy's chilliburgers twice and even brought a 12oz container on the airplane back to AU with me to have the flight crew reheat for my lunch. Unfortunately, only factory packaged food is allowed to enter AU, so I couldn't bring any home, and there aren't any Tommy's restaurants outside the SOCAL area (except Las Vegas). So if you're visiting, don't miss the chance to taste a part of LA history. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"My delivery order experience 7/23/2023 11:57 pm Don’t order through any app because they will send you rotten and undercooked food and then tell you to complain to Uber eats. No you made this meal so I’m complaining to the establishment and they did nothing! Look at this food! It’s not ok to send people food like this and I actually liked this place but I will drive to north hills and go the the ORIGINAL ONE because this canoga park location has fallen off. And I read the reviews before ordering and it was good lol all those people are liars because this food is a joke and rotten"
