"This is a great place to eat, the food is cooked and served at the correct temperature. Good quality food is the key to a happy stomach. Service is great also and always look forward into creating great memories with customers and make sure everyone is satisfied. Very clean snd well maintained store."
"We got there tonight at 8pm through the drive through, they let us know they “ran out of chicken” so we drove up and the cashier says that it will be 15 mins which we were fin with but only dark meat. We said ok that’s fine.. we get home and dealt with kids etc… and by the time we check our bag it only has two salads with no dressing. I call the restaurant 10 mins till closing at 10pm, a female answers, refuses to give me her name, and says I’m lucky Lucky she even answered, and she’s clocked out already…. Refused to help us. I’m appalled at her response. I’ve never felt so upset over a drive through experience. If you can avoid this restaurant, please do! It’s awful, and they can care less if they make a mistake. I would give it zero stars if google let me."
"Waited 25 minutes for my order. Asked for it and cashier said he will get it and never did. Turns out they didn’t see it. The cashier just went to help out like 4 customers in line instead of telling someone else then he didn’t wash his hands and went to make the food for the person who ordered after me. I complained and told the manager and he didn’t even apologize. Big waste of time not coming anymore"

"My first visit to El Pollo Loco did not disappoint. I had the shredded beef avocado quesadilla, and it was great. The service was wonderful, food was great. And a large horchata to wash it down! 10/10"
