"This is not a very well managed location do not go here. All food is empty except for best sellers orange chicken, kungPao is double pot, and Terri chick. The front line people look miserable can’t wait to give me my bag to continue talking about last night with her girl. I’m sure if this location was in a white community they would be on check. People clean up your act. Santa Paula residents are paying your salary and they don’t complain. Have some shame and do your job. Let’s get corporate involved. THX"
"Food not good it’s to dry and has no flavor. Soda machine tastes like water chowmaine looks like worm Pieces . The service is alright except the look on their faces they look like they don’t want to be their if your not haveing a good day at least have a smile on your face because people notice anyway and if you take out make sure you check your bag because they sometimes forget to put things in it. Overall I give it a 2 for effort."
"Won a gift card at an office party and decided to use it at the Santa Paula location. Never been in there before. I was very pleasantly surprised! The serving and eating areas were immaculate and inviting. I ordered the 2 entree plate with fried rice. The teriyaki chicken came right off the grill - can't get fresher than that! The servings were tremendous for the paltry $11 that came off my gift card. Speaking of...the cashier had problems processing the card. But the manager jumped right in and took care it. 5 stars across the board were well deserved. I will certainly be back to use the rest of my card and then some."
"This Panda Express has the worst customer service, the food is good but the portions for what your paying, skimpy!!! These employees need training , acknowledge your customer and Smile… this starts from the top so your manager is not doing there job either."
