"Nico helped me out just as I was leaving Fortuna to move across country. However, shortly after I left, he contacted me that he had left off a part when he worked on my Audi. He asked for my address and said he would send it to me. It has been over 7 weeks and he has not sent it. I spoke to him about a month ago too follow up and he told me he was really busy and would mail it the next day. So far no part. I have to say, he was initially helpful, but not sending the part that he said he would is not good service. Please send my part, Nico. Nico, the part was not received!"
