"I came to this location with my father to hopefully get an exchange on some shoes that were very painful for him to wear. While I understand that there is sometimes not much to be done if not returned within the 30 day window, I am truly unhappy with the way he was treated and spoken to. Immediately when we walk in he brings up that he did call and talk to someone before us driving over and she already has an attitude. He mentions they were hardly worn, referring to the fact he tried them on and wore them around the house, and she mutters under her breath that he said he hadnt worn them at all. My father was very understanding of the situation and just asked to see what she could do. She went to the back to speak to the manager and when she came back she said that they could not do anything with an attitude. Everything he said she was extremely dismissive of and as we were getting back in the car I mentioned to him we should get a corporate number. We go back in without the shoes and when we ask for the number she goes in the back again to talk to the manager and get the number for us and when she comes back she asks to take a picture of the shoes. He grabs them for her and comes back and she just takes the picture and stands there. No explanation of why or what we are waiting for and when he asked she rudely replied that she didn't know and the manager had just asked for it. Eventually she says it's to show that they are worn and refuses again. I understand policies and procedures but what I don't understand is how you could be so rude to someone who is a paying customer. This was my fathers third time shopping at this location and associates have been rude to him every single time. I would not buy shoes here."

"Honestly at this point this store should just be shut down. I have tried to give them business 3 times since they opened and they just can’t do anything. I’ll start with my most recent experience, I’ve worn the same model of boot since I was 18 years old, I’m 34 now, I get a new pair almost every year. Sometimes I wear thru laces or insoles. I went in yesterday and there were two ladies behind the counter, the store had no customers. I approached the counter and I said “good morning” neither said anything in return, then I waited, I figured they may be busy with no customers in the store and finally one lady said “what do you need?” I said I am looking to get the original replacement insoles for these boots. Keep in mind, this boot is a model they still make. So the lady says “have you been measured yet?” I responded with “I don’t know, my boots fit me just fine, I don’t think I need to be measured to replace like for like”. She rolled her eyes and said “well either you have or you haven’t, have you been measured yet?” and pointed at some thing on the floor by the wall of inserts. I said I don’t know, I’ve been buying redwings every year for half my life, I don’t know, I just want the replacement original inserts for these boots. The lady said without looking “they don’t make them” I said “ok, well I guess that answers that, thank you”. I said “can I at least get a new set of laces then?” She went in the back for a moment and came out with some laces and I thanked them and the other lady sitting next to her pulled up some insole online but didn’t give a part number and said they would have to order it. I said ok, thank you and left. In their parking lot I called their store in upland, I LOVE their upland store, and the lady was really friendly, she pulled up the part number online, and told me it would be a week and a half to get it in. How difficult was that? Also, I get home, I go to put the new laces on my boots and they are almost double the length of my old laces, I don’t know where they got these, THEY CANT EVEN GET THE LACES RIGHT! I had two other incidents, the second most recent one was during all the virus craziness, ALL the surrounding stores were open for business EXCEPT this store, they had their door locked and would only unlock it for online orders. Again, during that time, I drove to the upland store, they were open for business and it was fantastic. Also this store never has my boot in stock in my size so even when I want something as simple as to throw cash at them to buy boots in a boot store they can’t help, I have to drive to upland. At this point this store should just be closed. I even reported them to the BBB and it was indicated that this store problematic. Just close it already instead of giving people the false hope. I wouldn’t have wasted my time if the store wasn’t there and just automatically go to their upland store."

"Store was cleaned, looked good. Employee greeted me and helped me find the particular boot I needed for work. Showed me the foot insert thing you guys have, I liked it and bought a pair of those. Whole thing took 15 min and I was on my way. Boots feel fine. Thanks"

"I almost didn't buy Red Wing boots due to the poor treatment that I received at another store (Whittier, CA). The store in Temecula, on the other hand, was amazing. I could not have asked for a more helpful, friendly and professional salesperson. She took the time to work with me and get me the exact pair of boots and insoles that I need. I live 60 miles away but I will be making the trip back to this store the next time that I need boots. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Great experience!"

"Unacceptable and unprofessional management. My son took in his boots that were 14 months old and the "bald older man" was quick to tell us that" Red Wing Boots don't last forever!" What kind of store are they running here? I've never experienced this type of attitude at any other Red Wing location in my 20 plus years of being a customer. I took my boots in once in Chino, CA. and they practically pulled them off of my feet and handed me a new pair of boots. That was nowhere near the experience I had at this location.
