"Beautiful shoes but very Poor quality. I've experienced defects with the heels on at least two pairs of my shoes that I've purchased. I've been emailing this company all week and no response at all... I'm extremely disappointed and will never purchase nor recommend this brand to others. I'll post a photo once I arrive back home. Updated with images below. I spoke with a Janice (or Janet) yesterday and have yet to receive a return call back as promised. So disappointing and such a waste."

"Ordered my shoes on Black Friday (11/28/2020), and received them on 08/13/2021… almost a year later, when stated on their website while purchasing that it would take 4-6 weeks. I emailed them the entire time for them to tell me that my shoes were arriving in 2 weeks, next month, the week of July 4th and so on. Meantime, she opened a brand new store in Beverly center, collab with DSW, and now her shoes are in Nordstrom online… but they “didn’t have” my shoes for almost an entire yr because of covid delaying their shipment. When I finally get the shoe, the inside sole was cut and shaped wrong and yellow glue all over. THE SHOE IS CLEAR SO YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING GOING ON INSIDE THE SHOE! The other pair has a weird cut in the insole, it clearly didn’t properly fit the inside of the shoe. When I went to the store to exchange… they were out of the shoes and size. I have had issues with this company before, the owner is very very unprofessional and unless you are a celebrity wearing her shoes in IG she won’t care about you and your hard earned money that you decided to spend on her cheaply made shoes & 1yr waiting time to get them. Do not recommend this company with horrible customer service & poor quality control."

"Worst experience with any company I’ve had with ordering online! I ordered my shoes June 1st and I understand there’s a wait of 4weeks before they ship. I waited 7weeks for the shoes and still nothing I finally decide to reach out to them and they tell me theirs a delay and if I accept a gift card to wait 2 more weeks. So I agreed. I then waited instead 3 weeks still no shipping information. I message them and request a refund which they take days to respond and ask if I can wait one more week I told them no I want my refund and to stop stalling. I eventually received my refund just now. It’s now been more than 2 1/2 months of waiting, don’t waist your time with this company. And she’s trying to drop more shoes without making sure her paying customers are reviving their orders weeks ago. Honestly this company is a joke! Never again Jessica rich!"

"I ordered some shoes online on Memorial Day and they were on a 4 week pre order. It is now July 23 and I have not received them. The shoes have not even shipped according to the tracking info. I emailed the company 2 days ago to check the status and no one has responded. I will contact my bank to dispute the transaction do to merchandise not received. I should have checked the reviews first because so many others have the same issue."

"I purchased a pair of Jessica Rich shoes.I LOVE them, but can't fit them. This is the whole reason why I was trying to get them 2 day shipped to me, but no one ever emailed me back. I def want to exchange, but the shoes are all out of stock. I Pray they re stock soon. I reached out to the company, and no one has yet to respond hopefully they will respond soon."
