"Great Staff and great outdoor gear. I had a pick up order that the staff didn’t receive. They had trouble finding it, but made a couple calls to help me get my item. They stayed past store hours to help me. They were incredibly patient. All of this while dealing with someone trying to steal from them at the same time. Thanks again!"

"It's been a few years since I've shopped in-store, but if I were to compare then and now, I find today the staff and inventory for items is very lean. Given that the area has been bolstered by a lot of empty business spaces still thankful to have the option of a physical store."

"Store is nice with two floors, not much selection but understandable since the fall is almost over but staff however horrible experience, they gave me dirty looks and when I would ask for help they would just tell me they didn’t have it and walk away. They would talk to each other and just start having loud conversations. I asked for a manager after continuously asking for help and just being ignored but the young girl standing near the restroom on the second floor claimed to be the manager and was rude and came off very confrontational and passive aggressive with her words. This was my favorite store but after this interaction I would never go back. I hope those girls get fired or learn how to interact with valuable customers"
