"Just where you don't expect it, there's a great Thai place with a great atmosphere. It's family run and an offshoot of a long beach based main restaurant. It's really good and easy to miss because it's somehow part of the motel. But they took over the motel's sixties style coffee shape and offer tasty and super fresh Thai. I got my usual pad Kee mau and Thai sausage and I ate the latter so fast I nearly forgot to get a pic. To give you an idea of the attention to detail the cabbage in the latter dish was so fresh it was succulent."
"Great local spot! Everything we ordered was on point - really flavorful, authentic and at a very reasonable price. I hope they sell their spicy green sauce in bottles some day - a little sweet, and then the heat slowly comes creeping in. Came for the first time and can’t wait to come back soon to try more dishes (probably next week, it was that good)"
"Okay, I spotted this new Thai restaurant cruising La Brea near San Vicente. Looked interesting so I did some surfing on the chef/owner and I had the feeling it would be good but they surpassed my expectation on all counts. Beautiful plating, subtle notes (if you can say that about Thai flavors) explosive flavors that also show restraint from skilled hands. Word will soon spread and this little tucked away location will be a tough reservation."
