I was able to test out the pedal assist ebike I ultimately bought from them on the flat and on a pretty big hill, which was my main concern. It's a life-changing purchase and I've gotten more exercise this last week than I've gotten in years. I had a question about the operation of my bike today and called them up and they had an answer for me right away. Would definitely recommend. "I drove 3 hours to Epicenter Cycling! They were the only ones who had the specific bike in the color I wanted in stock. I originally purchased the bike online to reserve it and went to pick up in store the next day. Upon my arrival, their extensive inventory attracted me to continue shopping. Christian was very accommodating, patient and informative. He had already prepped my originally purchased bike, but was more than happy to prep the bike I ultimately ended upbringing home. Dave, the manager was also very accommodating and able to work with me on the price of the upgraded bike I ultimately brought home. All in all, a very pleasant customer experience and worth the 3 hour drive. I highly recommend Epicenter Cycling and appreciate Christian and Dave very much. I am now considering another gravel bike, and will likely make the trip again."
