"This is a bad starbucks. It took me 15 minutes to get a black cup of coffee. My girlfriend ordered a Frappuccino and it was messy on the outside outside of the cup. Their were no napkins in the dispensers. The service was not pleasant."
"How do you make a venti caramel Frappuccino taste like iced water with a hint of banana? Perhaps the barista should attempt to make one or two drinks at a time instead of seven or eight all at once. I had noticed she was questioning herself which blender had my drink. It seemed she chose the wrong one."
"They had no food an hour an a half into opening. Long wait for no reason as well I was on my 30 min break and only had 8 mins left when I got out and all I got was one coffee! Not a long line either mostly waters."
"Very, very small seating area. The place is quite dirty with a lot of napkins on the floor. However, the sugar area didn't have any napkins there and it was quite sticky and messy. But I gotta admit the employees were super efficient, nice and professional."
