"I have had a couple great experiences in this shop, till today. The owner should probably have a little chat with the employee working there today on how to communicate with a little less rude and harsh attitude with customers. I was truly shocked. I was in with a friend and about to buy a beautiful bag when I saw how she spoke to a young lady who went in there looking to buy a mask. She said she was vaccinated and didn't know she had to have one, so she went in to buy one. The young woman who worked there was so outrageously rude to the young woman my friend and I walked out due to the uncomfortability of her tone."
