"I’m a local Monteceito mom and while I absolutely love the clothes in the store the service is horrible. Their manager Alex does not smile or say hello to anyone. She has a very rude attitude and makes no effort to help. It’s truly unfortunate, because I love supporting the local shops and the store has the most beautiful stuff but the staff really does ruin the experience. You are never greeted with a warm hello or a smile. Alex, the manager who’s been there every time I’ve made a purchase, never even acknowledges you or offers to help. She seems to be very unhappy or to be on her phone when I’m in the store. Sadly, I will not go back to the store and chill they change management because it’s just such an unpleasant experience. As other reviews also comment the poor Customer service."
