"Today Sunday November 5th 2023 at approximately 11:45 I went into the 711 on Ocean avenue in Lompoc California to buy a hot dog I have been going to the 7/11 I'm a prominent figure in Lompoc I asked for a hot dog and was informed by the female clerk I had to purchase the hot dog first before she could give it to me she treated me like a homeless drug addict like I would run out the door with the hot dog without paying for it this is poor judgement if it's 7-Elevens policy to purchase the hot dog before given the clerk needs to use discretion to make a judgment on whether that would be necessary because every other time that I have been in 7-Eleven that has never happened every other clerk throughout the years as always given me the hot dog to prepare before I purchased it willnever purchase another hot dog from 7-Eleven"
"Just a warning to check your receipts, this is the 3rd time I've had something charged twice when we only had one of the item. I recommend being more organized by putting items you already scanned in an area separate from one's you haven't scanned. The items only total a few dollars but if they doing this on the regular, that is not ok."
"Nicest clerk ever! We stopped here on our way to LA. They didn’t have a public restroom but he allowed us to use the employee bathroom as we had kids with us. Extremely helpful and super nice person. It’s nice to know that there is still kindness left. Thank you so much!"
"I bought $20 in lotto for the billion jackpot at this location only to realize the next day that they handed me a cashed out ticket for the last draw. I had to hound the manager and call and return to the store 7 times. Finally he said I could have store credit when I only wanted my money back. He refused. This store is shady. Make sure you check your tickets or better yet, buy somewhere else."
