"Worst experience ever as a customer, the manager at this location is the worst person in customer service the I have encountered, boot barn drop the ball & didn't sent me a email with a code the need it to be scanned at the store & the manager knowing the I didn't received this email, didn't try to do anything to help the problem, she said "well if they didn't send you that email there is NOTHING I can do" when she represents Boot Barn at the store. I felt discriminate against for being Hispanic."
"Lovely place with a cozy country atmosphere, the employees are very willing to help, especially with finding the right fit for a boot, no matter how unique your feet. My only complaint is the lack of pant/belt sizes above 40 for men. It's understandable though as their clientele is not usually of bigger sature, and they do carry larger sizes for some apparel online."
"Boot Barn was great. Customer service was also great very attentive employees with customers walking in and walked right up to each and every customer asking them including myself if I needed help finding anything. Awesome work employees keep up the great work."
"Everyone there always has a smile on their face and always asks if I need help with anything. Probably one of the best boot barns I’ve been to. They have a way better selection then Modesto and seems they’re always stocked."
