"I believe not only in a good product but also a good customer service. I came to the store to show the manager there is a glitch in their system. I bought a pair of tennis shoes and when I press the circle choosing green, it changes the show black. Sadly I didn't noticed this when I bought the shoes. I drove 20 miles to request a change of color and he was so unflexsible. His answer was look at what you purchased before you pay. Thankfully I used pay-pal and they will fix the problem. Horrible customer service! In time like this when we are actually trying to support his store."

She spent hours trying to figure out why the system wouldn’t take my gift card but in the end her perseverance won and somehow she got the transaction to work.
