"This is my first time visiting Pips on La Brea and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered grilled salmon and grilled zucchini from the starters menu and there was enough food to serve two people. You get great value for your money, and that's not even including the live jazz from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m, Tuesday through Saturday night. I came on a Thursday night after real estate event just to check it out and I'm very glad that I came. I can't wait to bring my son here so he can enjoy the Jazz and the salmon."

"Amazing time!! I went there for my anniversary dinner and it was the perfect atmosphere. We saw the trio & it was lovely. Although the music is a bit loud inside, we sat on the patio which was the best atmosphere with nice lamps and perfect window seating to see the jazz! The service was fantastic: super fast and very personable!! I got the fish which was SO good and recommended by our server. The only small complaint was that the vegetables were a bit undercooked. Other than that, the food was delicious! I would definitely go back again and recommend this location for anyone in the area looking for live jazz spots in the area!!"
