"I don’t know how this place has anything less than a 5 star rating — it is some of the best thai food in los angeles (and i’ve tried just about all of them). Panang curry is particularly wonderful, egg rolls are crispy and satisfying, pineapple fried rice is bomb, and the pad see ew is complex and wonderful. They’re also super warm and friendly people, highly recommend!"

"Tiny portions. Typical from Colony restaurants. The problem is not the flavor, which I actually found to be quite enjoyable. The beef Pad Thai was solid and had great spice. The issue is that you will still be hungry after you eat here. The bowl they serve the food in is small to begin with, but then they only fill about half of that. Let this be a warning when going to Sanook and the other restaurants at the Colony. The amount of food is unacceptable."

"Great Thai food. I love the panang curry, the isan sausage, pad Thai, pad see ew, drunken noodle and any of the specials. My new go to Thai place in west LA. Also, the khor muu yang (grilled pork appetizer) is amazing!! Top left: khor muu yang, right: isan sausage, and bottom: panang curry"
