"Was in town visiting and badly bent my derailleur. Steve took great care of me. Was reasonably priced and had my bike back later that day. Thanks again!"

"Renting a bicycle during your visit to Fort Bragg is a must! Customer service here was quick and straight forward. The rental bikes were awesome too, rode off and on pavement along the coastal bike path with complete ease. I would definitely rent from here again."

"Pros: this is the only dealer of Specialized bikes locally. Cons: prices are high. UPDATE... I brought this place up from a 1 star to a 3 star. I found myself having to go back in, even though I was really trying to avoid it and truthfully, they were super nice to me. A solid change from the time before. The lady working there (owner I believe) was very helpful and informative. I was pleasantly surprised and glad to see they are trying so much harder."

"I suspect that the level of service depends on the communication skills of the customer. Today I learned that Fort Bragg Cyclery works on E Bikes. They are certified to work on the electronics of Specialized E Bikes. They aren't set up to do the diagnostics on anything else. This makes sense since they sell Specialized E Bikes. The owner (who does bike repairs) explained that there are many (hundreds) of E Bikes on the market and each one is a bit different. Rear wheels with hub drives are more complicated to repair a flat on. He charges by the job and removing the rear wheel on a rear hub drive can be especially complicated. On occasion, it can't be determined what he is going to run into prior to giving a price quote. The owner made it clear that he prefers not repairing rear wheel flats on bikes other than the Specialized brand. I found the attitudes of the sales person and the owner to be friendly and helpful. I will be taking my e bikes to this shop if the need arises and the pricing is competitive. It is difficult to find qualified bike repair shops when one lives in a small town."

"Great service, super nice bikes that are totally easy to ride. Affordable. Easy ride up Haul Road up to Mackerricher State Park. Totally recommend. Specialized bikes with easy gears are way easier to ride than beach cruisers!!"
