Best Buy

"Best buy should have more people Maning the service desk when people would like to renew their maintenance contract and have no appointment. They might need two lines. One for service, and one for renewal. We are senior citizens and do not use computer apps as there are to many of them and they are all different. I think it would expedite service for people wanting service as well as people wanting to renewal of there contracts. I also wish that best by would have some seating ares for customers or elderly customers. Any customers As this us not an in and out store. People are there for some to.e on some occasions. Thank you for the wonderfull service you do provide."

"The store is nice if you are buying up-to-date TVs, computers, and games. Piece of advice, go to the store instead of calling before. I had been on a search for DSL cable and was told on the phone, that they were in stock for 14.99 got to the location and was told they didn't carry them anymore. The staff that had helped us helped us look and look but only came up with a phone cord. I appreciate the associate and his undying effort. The whole being told one thing and then not being in stock however sucked."

"Customer service was a bit slow when I asked for help. After waiting for my turn (approx 10 minutes) I was very satisfied with the information and products offered. Being a part of the total tech membership scored us a 2 year warranty on a new phone. With the value of our prior equipment replacements, the cost of the plan has been more than compensated."

"Decent selection especially if you have some major cash. Would I say a place to go to save major cash? O no lol. The store is well maintained inside with everything mostly on display operational. I would however say trying to find an employee or even one who wants to help is simply like trying to find a hundred dollar bill on the ground. I had store employee "Riley " walk past me 5 or six times yawning in the computer section after I had already been there 15 minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The customer service these days has seriously gone down hill for sure. The good news I got to look at all the stuff I can buy online cheaper and have shipped right to me."

"We were greeted with a friendly, "welcome to Best Buy" when we entered. The store was clean and the layout was nice. We had ordered online to pick up in the store. This process was easy and efficient. The only reason this wasn't five stars is that, while browsing for other items, we weren't asked whether or not we needed help."
