"I am at shoe city hemet on 12-26-23 to return a pair of shoes that I got as a Christmas gift (I have the receipt) for just a size bigger and I can honestly and truly tell you that this is the worst shoe store I've ever been in and I am 62 years old and then after about 15 minutes I went back into the store which completed the worse experience that I've ever had in a shoe store because the 2nd time I went back into the store I talked to the assistant manager and I then asked who the manager was because I wanted to tell the manager about the very disrespectful casher was and tthe assistant manager then told me that the disrespectful lady that I talked to at first was the manager and I couldn't believe what she was telling me. I will not ever again buy from any shoe city and most definitely tell all my family and friends about my experience at shoe city with the manager and ask them what they feel about how I was treated and ask them not to shop at shoe city and I am thinking about finding out how I can picket the store and let everyone that passes the store know how I was treated"
"NEVER EVER buy Converse from here!! The worst! My shoes literally fell apart the first day I wore them! The rubber came apart and the sole opened up. I'm not the only one either. My sons friends bought some too and the same thing happened to theirs. And they're more expensive than ordering online."

"This store has outlived its usefulness I think. With the exception of a few newer styles, their inventory hasn't changed all that much. Not to mention the limited size options in both men's and women's sizes. I would spend the extra time and go to the mall or outlet where the selection and customer service is better."
"This was my 1st time shopping here. I had no idea where to start looking. I’m thankful to the female employee, who I didn’t get her name, found a pair of Nikes that I bought and they fit perfect. I had Sketchers before and these work much better for me. I was so surprised at how large the store is. I’m very satisfied and would shop again."
