They have plenty of other workers there, who are quick witted, smart, wise, good listeners, BUT, they put this dude to face the customers? Shouldn't he be in a call center back home, he can't even count "tacos" correctly, takes 20 minutes to fill ice, needs constant annoying re-instruction from co-workers, employees, strangers, please dear God, stop hiring family members to work in family businesses simply because they are tooooooo incompetent to work in corporate, STOP NEPOTISM, it HURTS your business model, leave employees non-related. Luckily, this place is near the high schools, but I did see a dad angry at his daughter for taking too long, not her fault, it's the slow confused NEPOTISM staff members bumbling around, looking at screens, clocks, timers, pathetic and sad."
