"No marinara with mozzarella sticks. That’s just standard and horrible drive through service. 3 taco sauces for four tacos."
"It was a bad experience. We waited at the door in the morning and saw that the sign was open at 6:30am. We arrived at 6:20, so we waited on the drive way, but there was no one to meet us. We entered the store at 6:35am and were told it wasn't open until 7am. The store is clearly marked 6:30am, and the store is also marked open. If you can not open on time, please announce, so as not to let everyone waste time."
"This is THE WORST Jack in the Box I have ever been to. My order was incorrect and after driving back there to get my CORRECT order the person at the window was very rude and it took 10 minutes just to get a Jr Jumbo Jack. I will NEVER go back there and I’m calling the corporate office tomorrow"
"I've been here 2 times and both times I have been treated with great customer service. Even at very late hours. Didn't catch their names but both were male latino employees. Good customer service is hard to come by these days."
"Clean and friendly staff. Promptly received my order # 11 spicy chicken sandwich and regular fries. They had the fancy fountain drink with a touch screen and options. Perfect for a hot day... Definitely my stop after a day at the course."
