"I went in to get boots for my boyfriend. I tried some for myself a size up and unfortunately they wouldn’t slide in. The young lady at the counter offered to steam them so that they would widen up and I return a little later to retry and potentially purchase. I purchased my boyfriends pair and the huaraches which by the way were super comfortable and light weight. I later returned to be greeted by one of the owners who gave great customer service as the lady from earlier..and the boots fit well! Twas a lucky evening since he was offering a discount on the next purchase. Love, love, love a family owned business.They have a great variety with reasonable pricing. Definitely check them out."
