"Hi, I wanted to bring an issue to your attention regarding my recent visit to your store. Today, I went in to make a purchase and noticed that there was only one employee, Megan, working the register despite there being over 20 customers in line. Megan was very sweet, but when I asked her why she was working alone, she didn't have an answer. It was clear to me that her workload was not balanced. As I was leaving the store, I passed by another register where there were three cashiers and an order pick-up area. This made me feel bad for Megan, as it seemed unfair that she was left to handle such a large number of customers on her own. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. However, Danielle, the manager on duty, needs to work on her customer service skills. When I shared my experience, she responded with a blunt "okay." This made me realize that if the managers don't know how to communicate effectively with customers, it reflects poorly on their ability to support and assist their employees. I also want to mention that another employee, walked by and quietly told Megan that she was doing a great job, but she seemed embarrassed and concerned. It's disheartening that an employee recognized the need to help, while the management did not. I believe it's important for the management to address these issues and improve the overall customer service and support provided to both employees and customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

"This had to be the worst customer service experience we have ever had hands down. Looking for athletic shoes and the employee was too busy hanging out with his girlfriend and kissing on her while we waited for service. There had to be 4-6 groups of people wanting shoes and this guy has the nerve to bring his girl into the store and went over to her 3 times while customers waited. The attitude was not in line with person centered service as well and crudely asked what we wanted after I stared him down for 5 minutes. Completely unprofessional. Betting off ordering online."

"Great customer service. Two different register check out areas. One as you come in from the exterior parking in the front of store. The second register is closer to where the store is open into the Promenade Mall. I called first to make sure they had what I wanted. Easy to get customer service on the line. Friendly on the phone and in the store. Lots and lots of sports equipment and sports clothing. Glad I went here."
