"Horrible customer service, usually it’s great and the customer service is awesome. But I had an extremely rude and aggressive experience with the asian gentleman working. He was condescending rude and insulting. He went on a power trip and I will not be going back here again and will let others who I once told to come here the same thing. Do better on customer service and hiring. 1 star."
"The employee in the store didn't even want to help try to resolve the concern I brought to him. He told me "I don't own the store so my hands are tied." All while not looking at me and playing on his phone, which seemed to be more important. I've come here quite a few times and the staff is usually super cool and very welcoming. I understand we all have bad days but I was in the store for a minute because this guy did not care to help whatsoever. I'll be taking my business elsewhere."
"I’ve gotten a few vapes here before because of how close they are to my job but the last 3 times I had gotten a vape they all have gone bad (either by burning out on its own with the light going or already being old and tasting sorta burnt) only for one of these times had i been actually helped but the new one i had gotten 2 days just died on me and it hasn’t even been the whole 48 hrs. i don’t wanna spend $30 every 2 days because they sell bad vapes and not even care to replace them when they are burnt even if i check it in store before i leave. the old man especially does not care, the other employees at least seem like they feel bad for selling a bad product. Either they don’t have fresh vapes or im extremely unlucky to just get a bad one the past 3 times but i don’t think i’ll be wasting my money here again."
