"Worst experience ever. I ad my wife on my line, and they said for new customers we offer 1000$ for your old phone, if in good condition, so we did that, and pay 340$ difference between phones, they said in 3 months promotion will start working, after 3 months went to Verizon to check my promotion, and they said Verizon gave us 200$ for the old phone, and those 340 that we paid was for screen protector and for phone case."
"We’ve been to a few other Verizon locations around Rocklin and Roseville area last month and we came in on Monday 1/15 to this location and let me say, me and my husband were very impressed with how helpful they were compared to the other locations. She did all the transferring of data, discussed options with me so I could get the best deal and was very friendly. We had a fun chat!
