"Charged me 50$ extra for additional handling when the “additional handling” was lifting a single (2 pound) item and putting it in a box. I bought bubble wrap and tape, wrapped it in the building and then tried putting in a box, that’s when they CHOSE to help putting a single already assembled item in a box. It would’ve only costed 28$ for ground shipping, the employee charged us way over necessary then gave me a 20% discount to make it look legit. >:( Thanks a lot RAJAN"
