"I have always enjoyed going to the men's warehouse. I started out by looking online for some shoes because sometimes there are deals to be found. I did find some Florsheim oxfords and another pair I liked. Rather than order online (free shipping on orders over $99, and free returns to the store) I decided to go to the store to look because I wanted the shoes right away. I was greeted when I entered and proceeded to the shoe area. I found two pairs that I wanted to try on. However, there were no employees to be found. There were three other customers there but no workers. After about five minutes, I saw an employee and got his attention. I purchased one pair. Long story short, other than inattentive employees, I will go back. Allow yourself plenty of time to get what you are looking for."
"One star because zero isn’t an option. Went there to discuss rental or purchase options of tuxes for a wedding. Their advertised prices are a bait-and-switch and the salespeople were rude and unprofessional. One salesperson left in the middle of our discussion with him of prices and options to help another customer and never came back. There were other salespeople available to help the other customer but he felt it was more important to leave us mid process. Thank goodness we went with another company who was professional, courteous and held true to their prices. I’ll never go back to Men’s Warwhouse."
"This was my first time at Men’s Warehouse. I took my son to get a semi-formal outfit for a dance. I’m so happy I did! The young man that helped my son got everything perfect! Even leaving he imparted words of wisdom to my son. I haven’t had an easier experience in event clothes shopping for my sons than I did here."
"Came in New Years Eve 2023 at opening to get my suit tailored. Daniel provided excellent customer service from the time I walked in. He made sure I was completely happy with the measurements before leaving, and took into account when I needed it done by. Tailoring prices were very good as well."
