"Unfortunately we did come in the last 7 minutes of closing, looking for something specific and were told rudely and matter of factly that “she meant it” when she told us she closed the til 5 minutes prior to the stores listed closing time so we had 2 minutes to get what we wanted and checked out. Piss poor customer service- will be calling to speak with her manager about closing early and being rude to customers"

"Only reason I'm giving this high of review is because the district manager Jenny for calling me back to resolve the problem and the blonde associate who helped me find the ornaments. I will not be back to this location because of the heavy set dark haired girl who was working the front self checkout. I called back and she literally said "service denied, buh bye" and hung up when I asked to speak with the GM"
