"I really like this Bel Air I live right across the street from it. It's always clean, & the employees are helpful, friendly, considerate, polite, professional, & willing to go the extra mile. I have gotten carried away with my grocery shopping, & have ended up having to leave some of my groceries at the store until the next day. because I was not planning on buying so much, & I didn't have my crate with me to be able to get everything back home. The store personnel have not ever had an issue with keeping my items in the store for me. Lately with all of the ongoing retail theft, & crime the employees have seemed to have lost a lot of themselves in the sheer agony of not being able to do anything to prevent it. So now they don't seem to be as light hearted, let alone friendly. It's become quite depressing, & disheartening."
"I saw a story on next door where a 72 yo man was being harassed by 3 females within the store and security stated there was nothing they can do. Shame on you for not protecting the PAYING customers. I will NOT shop at your store because of this incident"
"This place is terrible. Easily the most unwelcoming store I’ve ever been in. Just went over to buy some meat and coffee creamer only to have their armed guard follow directly behind me up and down every single aisle as if I’m some sort of criminal. I wanted to look for a few more things but it’s pretty uncomfortable when I have this guy breathing down my neck, and it’s obvious they wanted me gone, so I just bought what I had and left. What a way to make your customers feel welcome. I get it’s a bad neighborhood but you don’t need to harass random customers until they feel forced out of your store."
"The selection is impressive! Especially in the produce section. Lots of unexpected variety. They also credit the farms with pictures and captions to let you know where the food is from. Clean inside too. The area might be a little on the seedy side at times but this store is just fine."
